Benoit Dubuc is an accomplished Project Management professional compiling more than 25 years of experience in Real Estate Management in the commercial, institutional, and technological fields. Before starting his own business, he acted as a Project Manager for several Tenants, Property Owners and Managers. He was then promoted to the position of Project Management Director within a substantially large, internationally renowned Commercial Real Estate company.
Throughout his entire career, he has demonstrated high communication and leadership skills. He has developed significant expertise coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring a dynamic and effective synergy within the various work teams to complete the different projects.
He has overseen and managed a multitude of construction, relocation and redevelopment projects in many Canadian provinces. For instance, he played a leading role on the construction project of the head office of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ), in the Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie borough, in Montreal. He has also completed several multi-phase projects in occupied spaces, aiming to minimize the construction work’s impacts on daily operations—projects such as the redevelopment of the Business Development Bank of Canada’s (BDC) head office at Place Ville Marie and the redevelopment of the Chambre des notaires du Québec’s offices at 1801 McGill College Avenue, in Montreal.
We have carried out numerous Real Estate Projects in the commercial, institutional and technological fields—from small to large-scale projects, on behalf of Tenants, Property Owners and Managers, in several Canadian provinces.
